CentOS 7 installation and Manual Partitioning windows obscured due to low screen resolution.
At initial CentOS 7 boot menu press Tab.
"Press Tab for full configuration options on menu items."
Append vga=773
For example:
> vmlinuz initrd=initrd.img inst.stage2=hd:LABEL=CentOS\x207\x20x86_64 rd.live.check quiet vga=773
